MOFA visa check by passport number
MOFA is the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and visa.mofa.gov.sa is the official government portal that holds your Saudi visa record. The inquiry section is public — you can look up an umrah visa by passport number in about two minutes, without a login and without asking your agent.
- Open the official MOFA portal
Go to visa.mofa.gov.sa. The page opens in Arabic by default — use the language toggle in the top corner to switch to English. Do not use any other site that copies this address.
- Choose the visa inquiry service
Pick the visa inquiry option (or visa print, if you already know the visa has been issued). Neither needs an account.
- Enter your passport number and details
Type your passport number exactly as printed, including letters. Select your own nationality — not the country you are flying from — choose Umrah as the visa type, then complete the captcha.
- Read the result
If the visa has been issued, MOFA shows the record with your visa number and border number, and gives you the printable copy. If nothing comes back, see the note below before you worry.
